About

Paul Allor is a comic book creator and educator celebrated for their ability to blend bombastic, action-packed storytelling with deeply emotional, character-driven narratives. Their work includes some of the world's most iconic entertainment brands—including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, for which they co-created some of the franchises' first queer characters--as well as niche, weird-fiction comics that push creative boundaries.

Paul’s critically acclaimed G.I. Joe run tackled PTSD and mental health in veterans, earning the SAVE National Media Award for Excellence in Reporting on Suicide. In addition to franchise work, Paul has developed several creator-owned comics, including Tet, Monstro Mechanica, Past the Last Mountain and the queer monster love story Hollow Heart, which won the Indiana Author Award in the genre category. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, they currently live in Indianapolis, where they continue to publish new comics under their Pink Midnight Presents banner.
