Pfizer-BioNTech commissioned a comic about a family waiting to receive the Covid-19 vaccination, while the Avengers fought Ultron nearby.

The comic could not mention the pandemic or the vaccination directly, and instead used Ultron and the Avengers as an extended metaphor for protecting one’s community.

Given the sensitivity of the topic, I worked closely with the project managers to deliver dialogue that was responsible and accurate while also crafting an entertaining story.
