Paul has taught comics writing for over a decade, primarily through Comics Experience, an online resource for aspiring comics creators. They have developed a reputation as a sharp and compassionate instructor, with a gift for providing feedback that is insightful, constructive and immediately useful.

Paul has also spoken at numerous schools, libraries and day camps, and have designed comics curriculum for adult, teen and pre-teen learners. Topics of Paul’s presentations and classes have ranged from the craft of writing comics to the history of the art form to navigating the comics industry as an aspiring creator.
